Conscious Movement Yoga
Awaken your senses. Ignite your passion. Unlock the gateway to seeing the world as it truly is.
Conscious Movement Yoga is an invitation to dive into a deep current of wisdom—a blend of physical postures, breath, meditation, mantra, and connection to subtle energies. This practice does more than move the body; it refines awareness, balances heart, mind, and body, and prepares you to meet life with greater clarity and flow.
Each session is an alchemical journey—body, heart, and mind woven into a sacred container of transformation. Through movement and stillness, we cultivate the ability to open:
- Open to the flow of life
- Open to the joy that is always present
- Open to the boundless awareness of non-dual consciousness
This is more than a practice; it is a rehearsal for everyday life. Be enticed, be empowered, be forever changed.

Entrainment
"Tantrik Yoga is an inner yoga featuring the entrainment of attention, breath, mantra, mudrā, & visualization."
- Christopher D. Wallis
Conscious Movement Yoga employs entrainment on a number of key elements, such as:
- breath
- movement/spatial awareness
- somatic awareness (felt sense of body)
- mindfulness
- visualisation/imagination
- mantra
- mudra
- bandha
(not necessarily all at once).
The practice is gentle and mindful rather than spectacular and full of athletic prowess. On the physical level, this practice will strengthen and limber the body, but the central focus is on making deeper connections with our true nature, the traditional purpose of yoga.
