Embodied Re-set
Rest. Move. Connect.
A weekend of Conscious Movement, Meditation, Restorative Yoga
and Yoga Nidra
Step away from the demands of daily life and gift yourself the time to reset, recalibrate, and reconnect. This short early winter retreat invites you to rediscover your inner balance through deeply restorative practices designed to bring calm, clarity, and equilibrium.
Over the weekend, you’ll be guided through:
- Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to release tension and invite profound rest.
- Conscious Movement Yoga, blending familiar yogāsana with somatic-inspired movement. This practice prioritizes exploration and personal expression over strict form, allowing you to move with freedom and ease.
This is not a silent retreat. Conversation and connection are warmly encouraged, offering the opportunity to share experiences and build meaningful bonds with fellow participants.
Location: Nestled in the serene Adelaide Hills, the retreat venue is thoughtfully designed for meditative contemplation. Private rooms are available for your comfort, with a limited number of shared Queen or Twin options for those who wish to share. Each room is fully heated, ensuring your stay is cozy no matter the weather.
Practical Details:
Pack warm, comfortable clothing and an umbrella in case of rain.
The grounds offer beautiful spaces to explore, rain or shine, so feel free to take a mindful stroll between sessions or during quiet moments.
Join me for this rejuvenating weekend and emerge feeling rested, centered, and reconnected to yourself.

What past retreaters with Tina have said
Julia
This is a unique experience and Tina is a warm and guiding teacher. All of the practices celebrate life, connection and understanding. The grounds are beautiful and everything is exceptionally clean. Be ready to sit for long periods though there is lots of free time and the body sensing practice gets you moving like nothing else. It's a wonderful experience!
