I’d been meditating for a couple of years before coming across Tina…
I’d doing some Yoga Nidra through an app for over a year but it didn’t offer community, it didn’t offer an opportunity to discuss ideas, to learn about what it was that I was experiencing.
So I googled Yoga Nidra in Adelaide and lo and behold, Yoga Nidra was offered on a regular basis just up the street!
It was during the COVID lockdown period so we couldn’t actually go anywhere, which suited me just fine because I was feeling very shy about joining a new community… zoom really suited me!
From the first lesson I felt like I’d come home. Tina was offering depth to something I really enjoyed and the others in the class were welcoming and engaging. My exploration was refreshed!
That was almost 2 1/2 years ago. And I’ve barely missed a class since.
I’ve tried to do yoga but it’s a little strong for me and so I was wanting something that could make my body feel better without pain in the first place… and Tina was all also offering Somatics classes. Wow!!
I’d never heard of it but I love it now!!
Tina is so very clear with her instructions and language. She watches us, especially less experienced students, so that she can be sure that we are receiving the instructions how she intends them, so that we gain optimum benefit.
I used to have a lot of back and neck, shoulder, knee and hip pain. Now, I rarely feel any pain, and if I do just a few somatic exercises in the evening ,and the pain is relieved. It’s remarkable. It’s magical and I wouldn’t be without it.
Tina teaches Somatics in such a way that we have an opportunity to develop a repertoire of movements that we can use in our own daily practice, as well as variety to keep things interesting… it’s almost as though she is seeking is to put herself out of a job.
Doing Yoga Nidra and Somatics with Tina is my life changing treat for the week. And although I do my daily practice, it’s beneficial to be reminded of those other moves that that I’m not so familiar with…
Thank you Tina, for you kindness, wisdom , knowledge, skill and patience, for you sense of humour and infectious laugh, for all of the benefits you have brought to my life .. I cannot recommend you and your teaching highly enough. 🙏 Namaste

Thank you Tina for being a big part of me having a really good nights sleep. Amazingly no aches and pains, got up once and straight back to sleep. Feeling so much better. Have a happy day. (One Friday morning after Thursday evening online Somatic Movement and iRest Yoga Nidra class.)
